1. The one domain where I can create genuine clarity is helping people transition into tech and analytics careers, especially those coming from non-technical backgrounds. I help simplify the confusion around skills, career paths, job roles, resumes, LinkedIn positioning, and industry expectations. 2. A professional once approached me feeling overwhelmed about switching into analytics because they didn’t have a technical degree or clear direction. I helped them break the process into smaller steps — identifying transferable skills, improving their resume and LinkedIn profile, creating a realistic learning roadmap, and targeting the right roles instead of applying everywhere. The clarity came from simplifying the journey and giving them a practical strategy instead of generic advice. 3. I may not be the right mentor for someone looking for shortcuts without putting in consistent effort. I strongly believe growth comes from discipline, learning, and execution over time. 4. One decision I would make differently is starting my personal brand and mentorship journey earlier. I spent too much time focusing only on work and not enough on sharing knowledge, networking, and building visibility. 5. I used to believe success was only about working harder than everyone else. Over time, I realized success is equally about direction, adaptability, communication, and learning how to position yourself effectively in the right opportunities.
