1. I create the most clarity in physics and quantum computing. I enjoy taking concepts that initially seem intimidating—such as quantum mechanics, quantum algorithms, or advanced mathematical ideas—and breaking them into simple, logical steps. My goal is to help learners understand not only what to do, but why it works, so they can apply the concepts independently. 2. One example was helping a learner who was struggling to understand quantum circuits in Qiskit. They knew basic Python but couldn't connect the code with the underlying quantum concepts. I first identified the specific point of confusion, then explained each concept visually and mathematically, starting with a single qubit. 3.My teaching style emphasizes building strong fundamentals and developing problem-solving skills rather than memorizing answers. I work best with learners who are curious, willing to ask questions, and prepared to practice consistently. 4. One decision I would approach differently is waiting too long before expanding beyond traditional academic work. Earlier in my career, I focused primarily on research and teaching. Looking back, I would have started building practical skills in areas such as AI, quantum software development, and online education sooner. 5. I used to believe that success depended mainly on collecting degrees, publications, and formal achievements. I now think success is better measured by the value you create for others. The ability to explain complex ideas clearly, solve meaningful problems, and continuously learn new skills often has a greater impact than credentials alone.
