1. What is the one domain where you can create genuine clarity for someone? I help college students figure out which career path suits them best—whether it's Software Engineering, AI/ML, Consulting, Finance, or Product. Rather than suggesting what's popular, I help them align their choices with their interests, strengths, and long-term goals. 2. Describe a real situation where someone came to you confused and left clearer. What exactly did you do? A junior was confused about whether to choose AI, SDE, or consulting because everyone around them was choosing something different. I helped them understand what each role actually involves, identify what they enjoyed most, and explore each field before making a decision. 3. What kind of person or problem are you NOT the right mentor for? I'm not the right mentor for someone looking for shortcuts or expecting others to make career decisions for them. I can provide guidance and clarity, but the final choice has to come from the individual. 4. What is one big decision you made in the last 3 years that you'd make differently today? I spent too much time trying to explore every career option instead of focusing on one. Looking back, I would have trusted my interest in AI much earlier and gone deeper instead of broader. 5. What is one thing you used to believe about success that you now question or reject? I used to think success meant choosing the highest-paying or most popular career. Now I believe success comes from finding work that genuinely matches your strengths and staying consistent at it.
