- Intermediary as per IT Act 2000.
Pt. 5Professional Disclaimer
- NO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR MEDICAL ADVICE.
- Informal consultations based on experience.
- Users act entirely at their own risk.
Pt. 8Booking & Payments
- Advance payments required.
- Processed via third-party gateways.
- Pricing subject to change.
Pt. 11Anti-Circumvention
- Off-platform transactions prohibited.
- Penalty: Account suspension + INR 50,000.
- Restriction period: 12 months.
Pt. 14Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and impersonation.
- Harassment or unlawful conduct.
- Recording sessions without consent.
Pt. 16Liability Limitation
- Capped at last 3 months of payments.
- No liability for consequential damages.
